We are an international team dedicated to printing high-quality labels. We are looking for a language talent for our Customer Service Team – the more languages ​​the better! We especially need you if you speak Italian.

Job requirements

About You

  • You are fluent in Italian. Great if you speak more languages.

  • A basic knowledge of English is required for internal communication.

  • You are customer and quality-oriented.

  • You have excellent communication skills and are capable of building and maintaining relationships with customers from various industries.

  • Enthusiastic and motivated to quickly learn new things and expand skills.

  • Good computer knowledge.


Your job duties

  • Customer support via ticket system and phone.

  • Quotation calculation.

  • Order definition and processing.

  • Management of customer master data.

  • Complaints processing.

  • Communication interface between various departments.
